此新春佳节之际，我代表缅甸驻华使馆以及我自己向中国政府机关以及全体中国人民表示最诚挚的问候和最衷心的祝愿。
On behalf of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and on my own behalf, I would also like to convey my warmest greetings and best wishes to the Government and the people of the People’s Republic of China on the occasion of the Chinese New Year.
中缅两国作为邻邦，无论是在社会文化还是在宗教信仰方面，都有许多相似之处。中缅自古以来就是友好邻邦。我们坚信中缅两国的友谊与合作在新的一年里，会更上一层楼。
Myanmar and China share many common heritage in social, cultural and religious tradition. We have enjoyed long traditional ties of friendship as well. We firmly believe that the existing cordial relations between our two countries would be strengthened and further enhanced in the years ahead.
在这里，我想再一次把我最美好的祝愿送给中国以及中国人民，愿他们在新的一年里，健康长寿，事业有成，财源广进。
Once again, I would like to express my best wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of China and its people.
