Dear "LOOKWE" magazine,
值此羊年春节到来之际，请接受保加利亚驻华大使馆和我本人最衷心的祝贺。
On behalf of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria and on my behalf I would like to extend our most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the coming Year of the Goat.
我谨祝愿“LOOKWE“在活跃，扩大，丰富中国与世界之间的政治和文化交流上取得进一步成功。
Heartily I would like to wish the magazine further success in the demanding job of activation, expanding and enriching the political and cultural exchange between China and the world.
我相信，新的一年里，我们两国人民将继续加强友好伙伴关系与合作。我们国家的最高领导人在去年富有成果的会谈上重申共同合作的愿望为丰富合作增添了新的 具体的内容。
I am convinced that in the new year, we will continue to strengthen our friendly and comprehensive partnership and cooperation between Bulgaria and China. The productive meetings of our countries top leaders in the past year have confirmed the general desire to enrich cooperation with new content.
