As we look forward to the beginning of another year, I convey to our Chinese friends my warmest felicitations and best wishes of peace, happiness and good fortune in this time of celebration and hope.May the Year of the Sheep bring us all many happy reunions with family and friends and time to reflect and be thankful for the blessings of the past year.
